The Boeing Global Services (BGS), Cabin, Modifications and Maintenance (CMM) team is looking for a forward thinking, people centric Human Resources Business Partner (Mid-Level or Senior) to join our vibrant team!

Position Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to senior leaders in Cabin, Modifications and Maintenance,
  • Provide real-time HR solutions that align with business goals
  • Drive culture, engagement, and employee experience strategies
  • Bring good judgement and courage to make decisions- helping leaders to navigate complexity with clarity
  • Collaborate with the broader HR team and function across Boeing Global Services to leverage perspectives and drive results
  • Contribute to talent planning initiatives, workforce planning and leadership development
  • Partner with HRBP teammates to ensure seamless support across the organization
  • Embrace an “always learning” mindset to evolve as the business evolves
  • Utilize HR metrics to identify trends and drive informed decision making
  • Foster a culture where employee experience is at the heart of HR service delivery
  • Support the execution of key HR processes, including performance support, employee movement, and leadership coaching
  • Collaborate with HR Centers Of Excellence to provide insights into designing impactful HR programs in areas like labor relations, talent management, and compensation

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience working with employees as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) with a focus on talent management
  • 3+ years of experience executing HR strategies and managing associated projects
  • 3+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and linking relevant HR strategies to business outcomes
  • 3+ years of experience creating a workforce staffing strategy and building strategic pipelines
  • 3+ years of experience interfacing with and presenting to senior and/or executive leadership

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Human Resources certification(s)
  • Experience problem-solving, analyzing data and utilizing various HR tools and systems
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in crafting executive-level presentations and utilizing Excel for advanced data analysis

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range Mid-Level (Level 3): $87,550 - $128,750 

Summary pay range Senior (Level 4): $111,350 - $163,750
