The Boeing Company’s Information Digital Technology and Security (IDT&S) Human Resources (HR) organization is currently seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team.  This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team focused on HR excellence. We are open to a broad range of experience levels including Mid-Level and Senior HRBPs to find the best fit for this position.

As an IDT&S HRBP, you will work closely with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, drive talent development, and support a high-performance culture in this technical space. You will play a key role in workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, leadership coaching, and employee engagement, ensuring that IDT&S talent is supported and empowered to drive innovation and transformation.

This role requires a proactive HR Business Partner who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at balancing competing priorities, and is passionate about both HR partnership and driving organizational impact.

This position can be based in Seattle, WA; Everett, WA; North Charleston, SC; Chicago, IL; Hazelwood, MO; Miami, FL or Plano, TX.


Position Responsibilities:

  • Builds relationships with business leaders by providing consultation and guidance to enhance team performance

  • Consults with leadership to develop effective and actionable strategies to promote a positive workplace culture

  • Drives talent management activities, including talent planning initiatives and workforce planning to support organization stability

  • Collaborates with peers, partners and stakeholders to drive alignment and inclusion

  • Implements HR strategies and practices, ensuring effective communication and engagement

  • Utilizes data and analysis of HR metrics to identify trends and provide recommendations for improvement

  • Drives strategic HR initiatives with business partners, aligned to functional and organization priorities

  • Leads and partners on projects and proactively engages with Centers of Excellence partners to deliver optimal results

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources

  • 3+ years of experience executing strategies and managing associated projects

  • 3+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and linking relevant HR strategies to business outcomes

  • 3+ years of experience partnering and strategizing HR initiatives with senior leaders

  • 3+ years of experience resolving employee relations matters and conducting sensitive or difficult conversations

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Human Resources certification(s)

  • Experience problem-solving and performing data analysis

  • Experience looking across organizational boundaries to deliver HR assistance

  • 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 5+ years of experience working with employees as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

  • 5+ years of experience resolving employee relations issues

  • 5+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range for Mid-Level (Level 3): $95,200 - $138,000
Summary pay range for Senior (Level 4): $119,000 - $172,500
