The Boeing Company has an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources (HR) Senior Manager to join our Information Digital Technology and Security (IDT&S) Human Resources team in either Seattle, WA, Berkeley, MO or St. Louis City, MO.

This position will have responsibility for leading a high performing HR team responsible for driving exceptional business results.  The HR leader will partner with IDT&S Leadership members to create and drive business strategies.  IDT&S touches the entire Boeing Enterprise and as a result this manager will get the opportunity to gain insight to all three Boeing Business Units, key functions and gain exposure and insight to the tech market.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with IDT&S leaders, managers, employees, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports

  • Lead, develop and engage a team of Human Resources Generalist (HRGs) with the goal of a high performing work team that is focused on continual learning and development, collaboration and engagement

  • Oversee annual process deployments, such as Annual Compensation Review (ACR) for IDT&S

  • Anticipate future HR trends and identify innovative opportunities and programs to drive HR strategies to deliver business results

  • Partner with leaders to develop and enhance our culture

  • Drive execution of IDT&S Strategies

  • Develop and lead organization specific HR strategies

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes

  • 5+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding

  • 5+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects that promote a culture of superior customer service and exceptional employee engagement

  • 5+ years of experience partnering with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectives

  • 3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Higher

  • Human Resources Certification

  • 5+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions

  • Experience working with employees as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)Experience leading direct reports

  • Experience in Information Technology

  • Experience managing and successfully leading HR strategy and process development and implementation across matrixes teams (and/or through geographically dispersed direct reports) in a large company

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $132,600 – $209,000
