Boeing Global Services (BGS) has an opening for a Lead Customer Marketing Manager (Level 5) who will develop and execute strategies to increase customer engagement, loyalty, and retention, serving as a strategic link between marketing and sales. This role will design and manage customer advocacy programs, run lifecycle marketing campaigns, support upsell and cross-sell opportunities, analyze customer data to inform decisions, and produce customer-focused content that strengthens relationships and supports business objectives in Seattle, WA; Denver, CO; and Plano, TX.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop comprehensive customer marketing plans designed to increase loyalty, retention, advocacy and grow Boeing Global Services

  • Marketing Campaign Management: Support the Sales organization by developing targeted content (i.e. presentations and marketing materials) to assist in onboarding, engaging, upselling, and cross-selling new and existing customers.

  • Advocacy Programs: Build and manage programs for referrals, case studies, testimonials, and user-generated content.

  • Content Creation: Collaborate with content teams to produce compelling customer-focused assets like success stories, emails, and educational materials.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Business Portfolio teams to align efforts, gather feedback, and address customer needs.

  • Data & Analytics: Use CRM and marketing automation to track metrics, analyze customer data, and report on campaign performance.

  • Customer Experience: Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey and overall experience based on NPS and CX data. 

  • Marketing Operations: Streamline marketing processes, measure performance, and manage marketing technology tools to ensure efficient, customer-focused marketing execution.  

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Experience in B2B marketing, customer lifecycle management, and CRM/marketing automation tools.

  • Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills.

  • Ability to understand customer pain points and translate them into marketing opportunities. 

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range: 173,400 – 234,600
