Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for an Experienced Manufacturing Operations Analyst (Level 3) to join the 737 Decorative Paint Team based in Seattle, Washington.

In this role, you will collaborate and present to our Senior Leadership team. Implement strategies that strengthen the company’s competitive edge and long-term resilience. Your analytical skills will be instrumental in evaluating processes, interpreting data, and developing actionable plans that align with our commitment to excellence and innovation in manufacturing operations.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria

  • Analyzes and interprets data

  • Provides feedback on assessment results

  • Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes

  • Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans

  • Works under general direction

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment

  • 3+ years of experience in performing data analysis

  • 1+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience with audit compliance (internal, FAA, EPA, ISO).

  • 1+ years of experience in a flightline environment

  • 1+ years of experience with Project Management

  • 1+ years of experience with Quality Management Systems and/or Boeing Production System (BPS)

  • 1+ year of experience presenting information to senior leadership

  • Undergraduate/Bachelor’s degree

Summary pay range: $90,000 – $110,000
