We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to join our Technology Governance & Optimization (TG&O) team! The Operational Technology (OT) OCM Lead will be responsible for TG&O’s OT workstream, developing and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance within the context of information technology initiatives. This role will work closely with project teams, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure that changes related to technology governance and optimization are effectively communicated and integrated into the organization. The OT OCM Lead will play a critical role in ensuring that our technology transformations align with organizational goals and enhance overall operational efficiency.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans that align with organizational goals

  • Conduct impact assessments to identify the effects of changes on various stakeholders and develop tailored communication and training plans

  • Collaborate with project managers and teams to integrate change management activities into project plans

  • Lead change management initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and support

  • Create and deliver engaging communication materials to inform and educate employees about upcoming changes

  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed to adapt to changes

  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change management efforts, using feedback to make continuous improvements

  • Act as a change management subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to leaders and teams throughout the organization

  • Foster a culture of change readiness and resilience within the organization

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • 3+ years of experience in project management and/or change management

  • 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously

  • 3+ years of experience in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Current project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma, ITIL)

  • Experience working in organizational development

  • Experience communicating and negotiating with stakeholders both internal and external

  • Experience in IT governance frameworks and methodologies (e.g., ITIL, COBIT)

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $98,600 – $142,600
