The Boeing Company is seeking to hire a Mid-Level Product Support Engineer (Maintenance) to join our Production Supply Chain Team at our Seattle, WA facility.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage parts pool configuration of available & applicable parts by program/model type
  • Evaluate impact of service bulletins, mandatory changes, customer options, engineering change memos, part drawing changes and part interchangeability updates
  • Make changes in Master Part Data Library (MPDL)
  • Induct specific models into MPDL and understand model contract requirements related to parts configuration management
  • Investigate and provide solutions to parts engineering related customer requests
  • Draft, coordinate and manage customer Part Configuration Agreements (PCAs)
  • Coordinate with other engineering groups, supplier management, program management, finance and other on-site Boeing support groups
  • Communicate with suppliers and customers inside and outside of Boeing

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution
  • Experience: 5+ years of related work experience with Boeing engineering requirements and processes
  • Technical Skills: Ability to read, understand, and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to identify problems, develop solutions, and implement changes in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in Production Configuration Management
  • Experience working with multi-functional teams/organizations
  • Experience working with suppliers and customers
  • Experience with PDM, CAPP, REDARS, PSDS, IVT, WIRS, VELOCITY, ENOVIA, MyBoeingFleet, SRP, STEPS

Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Salary Range - $98,905 - $102,884
