Boing Global Services Training Solutions is seeking a ProjectManagement Specialist in Seattle, WA.  This is an onsite position.

In this role you will empower commercial training solutions by implementing a comprehensive software platform that transforms the Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and courseware development processes. You will define product vision and strategy, translate operational and regulatory requirements into product features, and own vendor relationships and contracts. This role will require cross organization and cross functional partnerships to drive adoption, ensure integration, and measure product impact through actionable analytics and operational outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog for the TNA solution and the content authoring/publishing platform. aligning with safety, regulatory, and operational priorities.
  • Drive vendor selection and management for TNA tools and/or authoring/publishing components (RFPs, evaluations, SOWs, performance SLAs).
  • Lead discovery, gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders and translate them into epics/features, acceptance criteria, and release plans.
  • Build configurable review and approval workflows with role-based permissions, audit trails, notifications, and escalation paths.
  • Ensure security, compliance (data privacy/GDPR), regulatory, and content governance requirements are met.
  • Define and track success metrics (adoption, time-to-publish, time-to-approve, content reuse, completion rates, quality scores) and report progress to stakeholders.
  • Run user acceptance testing, pilots, and phased rollouts; collect user feedback and iterate to improve usability and adoption.
  • Evangelize the product internally: create documentation, training materials, onboarding programs, and change management plans.
  • Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, timelines, budgets, and risks to deliver on-time, on-budget releases.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 5+ years product management experience delivering SaaS or enterprise platforms.
  • Proven experience managing vendor relationships, RFPs, SOWs, and third-party integrations.
  • Experience with content authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate, Lectora, H5P) and learning standards (SCORM, xAPI).
  • Familiarity with integrating systems using REST APIs, SSO (SAML/OAuth), LRS/LMS, and CMS/DAM platforms.
  • Experience with stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel to support business and team requirements 10% or occasional as required

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):  

  • Familiarity with S1000D & S6000T specifications
  • Experience with version control for content (Git or content management workflows).
  • Knowledge of localization and translation workflows.
  • Background in instructional design, learning principles, and training needs analysis methodologies.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.  

Summary Pay Range: 124,950 – 169,050
