Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Program Management Specialist in Seattle, WA. or Denver, CO.

In this role you will support and manage the execution of the CBTA Early Career Flight Training Program.  The role will lead the deployment team as well as build a plan to deploy to regulators globally.  The selected candidate will develop and maintain relationships with internal / external customers, stakeholders, and peers. 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate, schedule, and deploy the CBTA program to flight schools globally both virtually and onsite
  • Manage risks, issues, and opportunities for deployments and escalate to leadership in a timely manner
  • Manage resource and capacity planning
  • Track program performance, metrics, and reporting to leadership  
  • Drive continuous improvement in processes and execution
  • Lead webinars on CBTA to flight schools in partnership with the marketing team
  • Support portfolio manager in continuing to shape early career flight strategy with customer and industry input
  • Build strong customer relationships and follow through on all commitments
  • Continue to refine customer presentations to showcase the product value proposition
  • Lead regulatory strategy and manage execution in partnership with internal stakeholders

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience in supporting an integrated program team
  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing role engaging with internal and/or external customers
  • 5+ years of experience presenting to executive leadership
  • 5+ years of experience working with regulators
  • Ability to travel both domestically and internationally

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience working with flight schools globally
  • Pilot background  
  • Knowledge of flight schools regulations
  • Familiar with CBTA

Summary Pay Range: 141,950 – 192,050
