The Boeing Global Services (BGS) Commercial Sales Operations organization is seeking a Sales Performance Analyst (Experienced, or Senior) in Seattle, WA; Arlington, VA; Dallas, TX; Denver, CO; or Long Beach, CA.

The Sales Performance Analyst positions support BGS Go-To-Market efforts by partnering with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and other teams to provide data-driven insights, improve processes, and enhance sales performance visibility. This role consolidates and tracks sales data, ensures accurate reporting, supports target setting, and delivers actionable analysis, dashboards, and executive-level presentations.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical, operational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, support cross-functional projects, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including; Experienced and Senior level Sales Performance Analysts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of services sales forecasts and long-range business planning.

  • Analyze active and prior customer contracts to support renewals, upsell opportunities, product coverage, invoicing continuity, and sales order recognition.

  • Apply strong analytical and systems-thinking skills to collect, synthesize, and interpret data, and improve processes and best practices.

  • Develop, enhance, maintain, and automate dashboards and executive reports that track key metrics such as renewal rates, churn, ARR/MRR trends, forecast accuracy, and pipeline health.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve Salesforce processes, data quality, order management, and revenue recognition.

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects to address complex issues and drive simplified, actionable solutions.

  • Track and report on key performance metrics, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.

  • Prepare executive-level presentations and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Work independently with minimal direction, demonstrate professionalism and leadership, and ensure timely follow-up on action items and issue resolutions.

  • Support ad hoc reporting and analysis to answer business questions and improve decision-making.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, finance, analytics, or a related role

  • 3+ years’ experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership

  • 3+ years’ experience with program/project management and/or leading projects in a cross-functional environment

  • 4+ years of experience using digital tools which include Microsoft Office Products

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher

  • Salesforce, Tableau experience preferred

  • Experience with artificial intelligence (AI) tools in a business environment

  • 4+ years of experience with financial analysis, planning, and forecasting

  • 4+ years of experience in SaaS, digital services, or subscription-based businesses

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range for experienced level: 93,500 - 135,700

Summary pay range for senior level: 120,700 - 174,800
