The Boeing Company is looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented SAP Integration Testing Lead to join the team in Seattle, WA; Dallas, TX; Huntington Beach, CA; Mesa, AZ; North Charleston, SC; Ridley Park, PA; or Hazelwood, MO.  

In this role, you will lead integration testing for large-scale digital transformation projects, implementing SAP S/4HANA across multiple business units, helping shape the future of our enterprise systems.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage cross-functional coordination and collaboration across Boeing employees and System Integrators at different business units and sites

  • Develop and continuously refine test strategies customized to SAP S/4HANA implementations. Ensure comprehensive coverage across functional modules

  • Create and manage complex end-to-end testing plans, timelines, and resource allocations Ensure alignment of testing plan with business objectives

  • Lead execution of all phases of testing lifecycle (including integration testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), Performance Testing, Regression Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)) across multi-disciplinary teams. Ensure full validation of end-to-end business processes across integrated systems

  • Establish and oversee defect management across the entire defect lifecycle (logging, prioritization, assignment, escalation, retesting, and closure)

  • Collaborate with development and integration teams to expedite defect resolution

  • Oversee design, planning, and execution of test scenarios and scripts for SAP S/4HANA implementations and integrations

  • Drive adoption and execution of test automation frameworks. Ensure scalable test automation strategies are in place

  • Coordinate Data staging and access provisioning to support test execution for SAP projects, integrations, and downstream systems

  • Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns or issues and ensure alignment

  • Track and report key quality metrics including execution progress, defect trends, and risk indicators

  • Deliver clear, concise, and data-driven status updates to project leadership and key business stakeholders

  • Maintain testing documentation, standards, templates, and processes

  • Identify opportunities to enhance testing approaches and drive ongoing improvement

  • Partner with all stakeholders (e.g. business, other Information Technology (IT) teams, system integrators etc.) to champion best practices in SAP testing

  • Continuously assess and improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience with SAP testing tools and other SAP line of business products

  • 5+ years of experience with Information Technology Program or Project Management

  • 3+ years of experience in SAP release management and/or test automation

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 10 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Expertise in test strategy design and execution across SAP modules

  • Experience with defect tracking, triage, and reporting using tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps (ADO), or HP ALM

  • Capable to travel 25% of the time

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $133,450 - $193,200
