The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Senior Data & Analytics Product Specialist to join the team in Seattle, WA; Berkeley, MO; Mesa, AZ; or North Charleston, SC

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Senior Data & Analytics Product Specialist to define, evolve, and deliver innovative data and AI products that power business growth. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise in Data and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies with a strong product mindset—translating business needs into clear product strategies, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.

In this role, you will own the lifecycle of our data and analytics offerings—from discovery and requirements definition to design, delivery, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with engineers, data scientists, and business leaders to shape solutions that unlock insights, accelerate decision-making, and drive enterprise-wide value. Acting as the voice of the product, you will champion adoption, ensure alignment with the company’s strategic priorities, and continuously explore new opportunities to extend our cloud, data, and AI capabilities.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead and drive the vision, roadmap and priorities for Enterprise data and analytics products aligned with business goals

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver successful product releases

  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management from concept through launch and iteration

  • Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and ensure timely delivery of features

  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program delivery milestones, earned value management, risks, dependencies, etc.

  • Lead product investment decisions, including budget planning, resource allocation, and vendor partnerships to maximize value and accelerate delivery

  • Drive alignment and engagement through regular product reviews, executive showcases with multiple Vice Presidents (VPs) and senior leaders around the product vision, strategy, and roadmap

  • Ensure delivery of high quality, scalable data solutions – including data platforms, governed data products, AI and BI solutions

  • Lead adoption of data platforms, tools and analytics practices through effective change management

  • Identify and proactively manage risks related to data availability, quality, architecture or other areas as needed

  • Identify opportunities for innovation and new product initiatives based on market trends and customer needs

  • Foster knowledge sharing across teams (Establish Centers of Excellence (CoEs), Communities of Practice, etc.)

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 10+ years of experience with technical product management in Data and Analytics in the areas of cloud modernization, data product delivery, governance, AI/ML, etc.

  • 8+ years of experience in leading program execution in the areas of data analytics, AI/ML

  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, data warehousing, statistical data mining, and/or data science

  • 5+ years of experience in driving executive and operational stakeholder engagement

  • 5+ years of experience in working with cloud projects in AWS, Azure or GCP

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • Current PMP or PgMP certifications

  • Current Agile/Scrum (e.g., CSM, SAFe) certifications

  • Current cloud certification (e.g., AWZ, Azure, GCP, etc.)

  • Experience with cloud technologies

  • Experience working with all levels from individual contributor to senior leadership

  • Experience leading multi-year, multi-million-dollar programs

  • Experience with data ecosystems

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $151,300 – $218,500
