The Boeing Company’s Learning and Development organization is currently seeking a Senior Manager of Executive Coaching and Organizational Development. This role is designed for an experienced practitioner who thrives at the intersection of business strategy, culture, and individual and organizational development.

This is a player-coach role responsible for designing and delivering innovative 1:1 and team coaching engagements and organizational development initiatives that unlock latent potential and drive measurable business impact. You will also build and lead a high-performing team of Executive Coaches and Organizational Development Specialists. The ideal candidate will demonstrate outstanding verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical capabilities, and experience in analyzing and presenting data to inform decision-making.

This opportunity can be based in Seattle, WA; Renton, WA; Everett, WA; Berkeley, MO; Arlington, VA; North Charleston, SC; Portland, OR; Mesa, AZ or San Antonio, TX.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead a team of Executive Coaches and Organizational Development Specialists

  • Design and implement enterprise coaching development strategy

  • Curate partnerships with top-tier executive coaching firms to build capacity

  • Design and launch scalable coaching intake and matching process

  • Partner with senior leaders and Human Resources Business Partner teams to identify organizational challenges, align organizational development strategies and drive adoption of new frameworks and best practices

  • Conduct thorough assessments of organizational health, culture, and effectiveness to identify areas for improvement

  • Deliver 1:1 and team coaching engagements at the executive level

  • Lead initiatives that strengthen leadership pipelines, shape organizational culture, and drive large-scale change management

  • Develop cutting-edge, evidence-based leadership programs that blend neuroscience, technology, and human-centered practices to create measurable impact

  • Measure the effectiveness of Executive Coaching and Organizational Development interventions

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 10+ years of experience in executive and organizational development, including intervention design, development, and delivery

  • 5+ years of executive-level coaching experience including a minimum of Associate Certified Coach certification through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) or equivalent governing body

  • 5+ years of experience with leading and developing high performing teams in fast paced environments

  • 5+ years of facilitation, consulting, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence at the executive level

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Professional Certified Coach level coaching certification with ICF or equivalent governing body

  • Proven experience in conducting organizational assessments and implementing strategic initiatives

  • Certified in and experience debriefing 360 and other psychometric assessments, e.g. Hogan, at the executive level

Pay & Benefits:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $163,200 - $257,000
