Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager to lead the growth and execution of its Integrated Materials Management Program.

This Senior Manager, Integrated Materials Management Program Leader will be responsible for delivering strong P&L Program execution and strategic growth across the Integrated Materials Management (IMM) segment of the Commercial Aftermarket Spares portfolio. This position will shape Program strategy, business development, and customer success. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of global commercial aftermarket parts dynamics, including customer segmentation, international business rules, market competition, and consignment processes. This individual will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, a collaborative influential leadership style, and customer negotiation experience.


This position can be located either Seattle, WA or Plano, TX.

Key Position Responsibilities:

  • Program Ownership: Own the IMM Program P&L performance to ensure business financial and customer success measures are achieved.

  • Collaboration and Relationship Building: Lead Integrated Product Team (IPT) collaboration across key internal and external partners including Supply Chain, Planning, Sales, Marketing, Boeing Distribution, and Contracts. Establish and leverage relationships to develop new offerings and capabilities.

  • Customer Success: Develop and manage direct customer relationships within the IMM Program. Establish an approach for measuring customer feedback and setting improvement targets.

  • LRBP Accountability: Be accountable for meeting LRBP revenue, earnings, and cash targets aligned to the IMM Program segment.

  • Strategic Leadership: Lead and develop the overall IMM growth strategy, including gated process maturity, roadmaps, and offerings to achieve business goals. Create strong customer and supplier sourcing strategies to execute strategic objectives.

  • Project Management: Oversee all IMM program execution across Boeing platforms, ensuring efficient inventory management and consistent customer service level performance

  • Competitive Insight: Monitor and assess service or product competitors, providing insight regarding market impacts and long-term changes in the environment.

  • Align Product Offerings: Work across BGS Commercial Spares, Managed Parts Programs, and Functional Leadership teams to create synergistic offerings between IMM, Customer Managed Consignment (CMC), the Component Service Program (CSP), Tailored Parts Packages (TPP), and all other Transactional Parts programs.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

  • 3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal /or informal leadership role

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels and lead globally dispersed program teams.

  • 1+ years of experience in strategic planning, business development, and project management within the aerospace industry.

  • 1+ years of experience with strong understanding of global market dynamics, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis.  Background in the commercial aftermarket parts products/offerings preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and integration.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on results and accountability.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.

  • Significant knowledge and experience working with challenging Supply Chain interdependencies across the aerospace industry

  • A strong natural leadership style that moves people to act, motivates and inspires excellence and innovation

  • Demonstrated success in customer and/or supplier negotiations

  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding targets goals and strong skills in program execution to schedule and budget.

  • Proactively and quickly makes sense of complex issues; responds effectively to complex and ambiguous situations; communicates complicated information simply

  • Gains others' trust by demonstrating openness and honesty, behaving consistently, and acting in accordance with moral, ethical, professional, and organizational guidelines

Travel:

This position may require traveling up to 25% of the time.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range: $180,200.00 - $243,800.00
