Join us in a pivotal role as a Senior Technical Product Manager leading the design, delivery, and adoption of solutions and tools that enhance and protect Boeing’s compute systems and products. Reporting to the Executive Director of Compute, you will partner with global Boeing teams and supplier partners to define repeatable standards, automations, and processes across hosting, asset, and license management. Your focus will be on driving measurable improvements in operational hygiene, compliance, cost efficiency, and time‑to‑value for internal customers while enabling future capabilities such as AI.

Your mission is to build trusted supplier relationships, influence cross‑functional policy and practice, and productize CoE services that scale across the enterprise. • Drive integration and interoperability across CMDBs, SAM tools, discovery engines, billing platforms, and procurement systems
  • Build and maintain dashboards, executive metrics, and reports that surface asset/license posture, cost drivers, and compliance risk
  • Develop policies, playbooks, and adoption programs that operationalize CoE capabilities across the enterprise
  • Evangelize product value across the organization via trainings, forums, and stakeholder communications
  • Create and maintain broad communications and key metrics for multiple audiences
  • Communicate effectively across all levels of leadership and engaging stakeholders

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 10+ years of experience in technical product ownership and delivering platform or infrastructure services
  • 10+ years of experience with IT asset management, software asset management, or related tooling (CMDB, SAM tools, discovery/endpoint management)
  • 10+ years of experience with light scripting (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash) to automate routine tasks, data flows between systems, and improve system reliability
  • 10+ years of experience with the configuration of Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) for data ingestion
  • 10+ years of experience defining product requirements, prioritizing roadmaps, and delivering measurable outcomes

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Experience with stakeholder management and communication
  • Experience presenting executive metrics and driving cross-functional alignment
  • Experience with Service Now platform
  • Experience driving large cross functional initiatives
  • Experience working complex contract and vendor relationships
