Boing Global Services Training Solutions is seeking an UX Design Lead in Seattle, WA.  This is an onsite position. In this role you will lead UX Design for Management Solutions Portfolio to establish design standards for Management Solutions Portfolio and ensure quality customer experience across all the products in the portfolio as we get ready to go to market to support deployment and implementation of Competency Based Training & Assessment (CBTA) as part of Global Aviation Safety.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the UX design process from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
  • Collaborate and lead product designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the design process.
  • Advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring that user experience is prioritized in all decisions.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across products.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5 + years' related work experience in UX design and/or development, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
  • Experience in designing for mobile and web applications.
  • Experience advancing projects in ambiguous environments
  • Strong understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts to stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):  

  • Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
  • Knowledge and experience of Boeing Commercial Training Solutions preferred

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.  

Summary Pay Range: 150,450 – 203,550
