Boeing Global Enterprise Services (BGES) has an exciting opportunity for a Business Support Manager – Southeast Asia (SEA). This role is based in Singapore HQ Office on a full-time permanent basis.

Boeing Global Enterprise Services (BGES) is a highly inclusive team of 200+ employees internationally, providing internal services to 100+ non-USA locations, in 30+ countries, ensuring safe, secure & compliant operations in an effective and efficient deliver manner for our stakeholder communities. The team reports into Boeing Global, supporting regional teams and works in close collaboration with Enterprise Services, Global Real Estate, Facilities and Asset Management, Indirect Supply Chain, Enterprise Financial Services, Security & Fire Protection, IT and HR Services to deliver a global capability.

Position Responsibilities included, but not limited to:

  • Managing overall office operations and facilities management in SEA (Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines), including implementing required initiatives, efficiencies and technologies best practices at workplace.

  • Accountable for providing a safe, secure, compliant and sustainable workplace, including implementing workplace sustainability best practices in the region. 

  • Accountable for providing timely, efficient and cost effective BGES services to businesses, stakeholders and employees.

  • Instill and enable culture of ‘First time quality’, ‘Services excellence’ and ‘Continuous improvement’ within and outside of BGES.

  • Oversee and maintain strict compliance with internal BGES, enterprise policies, procedures & guidelines and in-country compliance requirements, including updating BGES internal processes documentation appropriately.  

  • Lead ‘Enhance operational excellence’ initiatives with sharp focus on implementing process improvement, value engineering, automation, best practices and reducing manual efforts.

  • Develop, manage and oversee BGES regional operational and capital budget, review actual spending and present variance analysis with action plan, and in-depth analysis of cost allocation rates and optimization.

  • Implement cost savings, cost avoidance measures, ensuring cost effective BGES operations.

  • Develop, manage, update and report of regional real estate strategy and capital spend plan in collaboration with real estate and finance team.

  • Prepare, own and report on monthly regional BGES and functional performance assessment through scorecards, data and analysis.

  • Develop and manage strategic business partnerships, and build trust with key stakeholders, business & executive leadership, employees and functional partners.

  • Lead, coach and develop BGES team in the SEA region (Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand), ensuring encouraging, collaborative and inclusive working environment.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • 10 to 12 years of solid and extensive experience in multinational companies, leading office operations, facilities management and business compliance.

  • 5 to 7 years of leadership experience in leading, coaching and developing culturally inclusive teams in multiple countries.

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in developing and managing budget for a division or a function.

  • Thorough understanding of project management and best practices.

  • Extensive and proven track record of business partnering and stakeholders’ management at all levels of leadership in a complex reporting structure environment.

  • Extensive and through experience in implementing lean methodology for continuous improvement.

  • Ability to build relationship, establish trust and influence at all levels of management.

  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and outstanding presentation skills.

  • Advanced and demonstrated IT skills in Excel, Power Point, Power Apps, Power BI, Share Point, and Word. 

  • Solid planning and priorities management skills, along with problem solving with proven track record.
