BDS Mobility, Surveillance & Bombers Industrial Engineering is seeking a Methods Process Analyst (Associate or Mid Level) to support the KC-46 Tanker in Everett, WA.  

In this role the Methods Process Analyst will partner with Operations and functional support teams to build, modify, test and deliver the KC-46 Tanker. With primary duties focused on executing committed statement of work and optimizing the production system, additional duties will include strategic studies, capability and capacity planning, budgeting and forecasting, capital asset management, evaluating and supporting new business proposals, coordinating work transfer and coordinating with internal customers and program management. 

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain Management or related field 

  • 2+ years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience 

  • Ability to work independently and with cross functional teams 

  • Strong communication skills 

This position is 100% onsite

This a union represented position

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 

  • 5+ years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience 

  • Proficient in structured problem solving 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)

Summary Pay Range:

Associate: $74,800 - $101,200

Mid-Level: $90,100 - $121,900
