Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS)Integrated Planning & Scheduling (IP&S) has an exciting opportunity for an Integrated Planning & Scheduling Specialist – Material Integration - (Associate (Level 2) or Mid-Level (Level 3)) to support the E7 Program in Tukwila, WA or Oklahoma City, OK.

Position Responsibilities:  

  • Leads, develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains parts material plans and schedules for very complex projects, programs, and change driven activities.
  • Leads in studies/analysis and planning efforts within and/or across programs/projects, organizations or business units to determine material impacts, constraints, and plans involving procurement flows, parts need date, parts on dock dates, process improvement, or program initiatives.
  • Work cross-functionally with supplier management to monitor and integrate supplier schedules.
  • Conduct and assess supplier schedule audits.
  • Provides analysis and product development initiatives for manufacturing, procurement and parts integration.
  • Develops and establishes lead time requirements and identifies production constraints.
  • Coordinate and conduct integrated schedule Baseline reviews.
  • Leads the Material Integration schedule development to support program integration.
  • Supports program planning requests for the development of new and derivative products.
  • Provides coaching, mentoring and leadership to lower-level employees.
  • Develops project plans for realigning work statement to support production requirements and meet company strategy for work placement.
  • Provides subject matter expertise in the development, implementation and training of processes and tools.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Experience in change management, program planning, project management, integrated scheduling, Industrial Engineering or Business Operations
  • Experience with Procurement/Supplier Management/Materials Management to include Receiving processes

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • Experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects
  • Experience in using Integrated scheduling tools such as: Open Plan Professional, Microsoft Project, Enterprise Project Management, Primavera, or a similar tool
  • Level 2: 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Level 3: 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Travel:  Some travel may be required

Summary pay range:

Level 2

Tukwila, WA - $73,950 - $100,050

Oklahoma, OK - $63,750 - $86,250

Level 3

Tukwila, WA - $93,500 - $126,500

Oklahoma City, OK - $81,600 - $110,400
