The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Mobility, Surveillance and Bombers (MS&B) division is seeking a highly motivated & skilled Senior Staff Analyst (Mid-Level and Expert) in one of the following locations: Tukwila, Everett or Oklahoma City.

The Senior Staff Analyst will work in a fast paced and dynamic environment to support long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives including financial, staffing and engineering deliverables analytics.  The desired candidate must have strong organizational, data management, and project management skills. The role is expected to support on-site 100%.   

The Staff Analyst oversees the development and implementation of organizational plans and objectives, leading efforts to deploy broad strategies across multiple functions and business units. This role supports leadership by collecting and analyzing data, facilitating strategic meetings, and managing employee-related initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals. 

Primary responsibilities: 

  • Collect and assemble data from multiple sources to support organizational analysis. 

  • Conduct research and evaluate strategic organizational issues, identifying options and solutions. 

  • Lead development and deployment of organizational plans and strategies. 

  • Manage executive reviews and track performance against plans, providing data for management review. 

  • Collaborate with executive leadership to define meeting purposes, content, and facilitate large, strategic meetings and events. 

  • Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives spanning multiple functions and programs. 

  • Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules and budgets to ensure execution of plans. 

  • Plan, coordinate, and track training requirements; develop and deploy localized training content. 

  • Deliver informational and technical materials to support communication and decision-making. 

  • Provide strategic design, logistics, and facilitation support for meetings and events. 

  • Ensure follow-up and resolution of issues related to organizational initiatives. 

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

  • Tableau experience 

  • 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office applications 

  • 5+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data 

  • 5+ years of experience managing metrics to drive data driven solutions/decisions 

  • 5+ years of job experience interfacing with and supporting senior leadership 

  • 5+ years of experience producing presentations at the Executive level 

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • For Level 4: 3+ additional years of experience

  • Experience working with Department of Defense and international equivalents 

  • Experience functioning in a cross-functional environment 

  • Experience in organizational planning, project management, data analysis, or related roles. 

  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives and facilitate executive-level meetings. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all organizational levels. 

  • Proficiency with Adaptive Planning, Interactive Reporting Environment and ARIBA a plus. 

Security Clearance:

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Top Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Summary Pay Range:

Mid-Level: $79,050 - $106,950

Expert: $100,300 - $135,700
