This role is at Spirit AeroSystems, Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of The Boeing Company, supporting Spirit’s Commercial Business Units (“Spirit Commercial”). Spirit Commercial designs and builds commercial aerostructures, including for Boeing Commercial Airplanes, one of Boeing’s three business units and the premier manufacturer of commercial jetliners for decades. Spirit Commercial’s core products include fuselages, pylons, nacelles and wing components, with a focus on innovative composite and aluminum manufacturing solutions.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk traffic in and out of the lab, assist internal customers with tool drop off and pick up.
  • Coordinate property management and control activities to ensure continual accountability of government, associate contractor, or company property, in line with government regulations, customer contracts, or corporate policies.
  • Initiate and maintain property accountability records, ensuring proper documentation and tracking of all assets.
  • Assess condition of property and arrange for the disposal of surplus or obsolete materials and equipment.
  • Conduct property audits to verify the accuracy of records and ensure compliance with property control standards.
  • Develop, recommend, and implement property administration policies and processes to improve efficiency and ensure compliance.
  • Interface with management and customer representatives to maintain a continually approved property control system and ensure adherence to established standards.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 2-4years of experience in property management or a related field.
  • Knowledge of property management principles, government regulations, and corporate policies.
  • Experience with property audits, surplus disposal, and negotiating property transfers.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external customers.
  • Strong computer data entry and Microsoft suite applications
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • HS Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Associate’s degree in business, management, or related field.
  • Previous front desk or department intake experience preferred.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary Pay Range - Associate (Level 2): $54,050 - $82,850
