Boeing Canada Operations Ltd. is seeking an ExperiencedTool Service Analyst reporting to the Material Management and Transport Manager, working out of the Winnipeg, Manitoba office.

The Tool Service Analyst is responsible for ensuring effective lifecycle management, availability, and compliance of hand tool assets that support production operations.  The role serves as the primary interface between Operations, Supply Chain, and Technical Resources – enabling hand tool readiness, inventory optimization, and adherence to quality and compliance requirements. This role manages the end-to-end hand tool lifecycle from demand validation, procurement coordination, inventory oversight, and continuous improvement to support efficient and uninterrupted production.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process requests for new hand tools from Operations.

  • Validate requirements (specs, quantities, need dates) and prioritize based on urgency.

  • Support production by managing emergent requests and requirement changes.

  • Mitigate impacts to budget and manufacturing schedules through proactive solutions.

  • Maintain visibility and control of hand tool inventory (stock, repair, obsolete items).

  • Ensure alignment between physical inventory and system records, coordinate redistribution.

  • Manage procurement activities including purchase requisitions, tracking, and stakeholder communication.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and technical teams.

  • Support development of tool standards, catalogs, and data-driven decision making.

  • Drive continuous improvement in tool processes, inventory optimization, and compliance.

  • Participate in hand tool related projects.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience working with Supply Chain, Material Management and/or Logistics processes

  • Experience working with cross-functional or cross-organizational teams to develop and implement plans, schedules, or solutions

  • Must be legally able to work in Canada

  • Individual must not pose a risk for safeguarding of controlled goods

  • Must be eligible to handle US export-controlled data

Preferred Qualifications (Education/Experience)

  • Data analytics and software experience (Excel formulas and functions, OneNote, ECC, CribMaster)

  • Experience in identifying and resolving project related issues, and providing recommendations to ensure the successful completion of defined project activities

  • Experience working within the Hand Tool Value stream and understanding the processes and systems

  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on responsiveness, clarity, and meeting operational needs.

  • Strong problem solving and resourceful in addressing operational challenges

Additional Information:

This requisition is for a locally hired position in Canada. The employer is Boeing Canada.  Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada. Benefits and pay are determined by Canada and are not on Boeing US-based payroll. This is not an expatriate assignment.
