The Boeing Company is currently seeking highly motivated Experienced (level 3) and Senior (levels 4 or 5) Contracts Representatives out of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Kent, Washington, andEl Segundo, California.

In these roles, you will either lead or support the development and negotiation of highly complex purchase and sales proposals and contracts, with responsibilities that escalate across levels 3, 4, and 5. These positions focus on delivering innovative business solutions, fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams, and implementing effective risk mitigation strategies to support Boeing's growth and ensure the successful execution of major programs in alignment with contractual requirements.

We're Looking for Individuals Who:

  • Possess strong organizational skills to facilitate effective negotiations and clear communication

  • Have experience with U.S. government contracts, including cost-plus and fixed-price agreements

  • Are adaptable learners, able to quickly embrace new challenges and changes

Position Responsibilities:

Level 3:

  • Negotiate and contract for aerospace products and services to support company strategies

  • Present innovative business solutions to drive growth and sustainability

  • Represent Boeing in negotiations with diverse customers and manage complex contracts

  • Collaborate with internal teams and coordinate efforts to mitigate contractual risks

Level 4:

  • Lead negotiations and contracts for aerospace products and services, ensuring strategic alignment

  • Develop and present business solutions to drive growth and protect company interests

  • Foster strategic partnerships and oversee the management of complex contractual agreements

  • Summarize contractual issues and provide guidance on creative solutions and risk mitigation

Level 5:

  • Lead high-level negotiations and contracts for aerospace products and services

  • Develop and present complex business solutions to drive growth and sustainability

  • Oversee teams in managing complex contractual agreements and ensure strategic collaboration

  • Summarize complex contractual issues and guide the development of effective solutions and risk mitigation

  • Ensures compliance with business commitments, company policies, and Government laws and regulations

  • Coordinates flow-down and flow-up of prime terms and conditions with Supplier Management

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher

  • 3+ years of experience in business related function (including but not limited to: Program Management, Project Management, Finance, Contracts, Estimating, Procurement Financial Analysis, Business Operations, Supplier Management, Marketing & Sales)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Level 4: 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent

  • Level 5: 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent

  • Experience building, developing and maintaining relationships with customers and/or suppliers

  • Experience drafting, proposing, negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

California summary pay range: $83,300 - $144,900

Washington summary pay range: $83,300 - $144,900

New Mexico summary pay range: $121,550 - $164,450
