Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Process & Supply Base Procurement Analyst (Level 4) to join the Executive Assistant team supporting the Global Supply Chain and Integration (GSC&I) Vice President office in either Arlington, Virginia or St. Louis, Missouri.

To be successful, the individual should possess strong analytical, organization and project management skills. Clear concise communication skills are critical as this team interacts with executive leaders both internally and across business units and functions. We need a highly-adaptable professional who models Speak, Seek and Listen habits and utilizes their skills and experiences to make our organization better.

This role includes managing an operating rhythm and organization cadence, developing and providing status around key priorities and metrics, organizational work, internal and external communications, the planning and facilitation of events, integration with key stakeholders, and leading special projects.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Leads and coordinates staff actions with the project managers and/or functional leaders
  • Ensures objectives are met by scheduling, de-conflicting, and prioritizing key tasks and proactively communicating leadership direction, guidance, and expectations for internal and external audiences
  • Communicates strategic initiatives and projects activities to senior leaders
  • Leads cross-functional process management activities
  • Leads development of processes and tools to measure key performance indicators
  • Analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance indicators
  • Communicates strategic initiatives, projects or procurement activities
  • Leads cross-functional process management activities

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position is for 1st shift.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • More than 3 years of experience in Program or Project management
  • More than 3 years of experience in producing and presenting presentations at the Executive level
  • More than 3 years of experience leading projects or teams
  • More than 3 years of experience in Microsoft Office Products - Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • More than 3 years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data
  • More than 3 years of experience with Tableau and Cognos

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • More than 3 years of experience working in Supply Chain or Supplier Management
  • More than 3 years of experience working with large scale data systems and analytics
  • More than 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence/data analytics tools (Microsoft Power BI, Dashboards, SQL, Tableau, etc.)
  • More than 3 years of experience with continuous process improvement initiatives

Typical Education/Experience:

Typically 10 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Travel:

Position may require travel up to 10% of the time.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range (Arlington, VA): $100,300 - $123,900

Summary pay range (St. Louis, MO): $93,500 - $115,500
