The Boeing Company is looking for a Senior Strategy and Integration Specialist with a focus on Learning and Development to join our team in Arlington, VA; Seattle, WA; or Berkeley, MO.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Vice President of Learning and Development to develop and execute strategic initiatives aligned with the function’s priorities and goals

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely execution and delivery of key milestones

  • Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional meetings, workshops, and presentations to drive alignment and foster collaboration among stakeholders

  • Support the Vice President in preparing executive-level reports, presentations, and communications for internal and external audiences

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning, talent, and development programs, recommending enhancements and adjustments

  • Remain up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in learning, talent and development

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher

  • 5+ years of experience in strategy, project management, and/or a related role

  • Experience leading a team in a formal or informal role, with the ability to provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members

  • Experience translating data into actionable insights and recommendations

  • Experience communicating and presenting with the ability to effectively convey complex information to various audiences

  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or masters degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field

  • Experience in Human Resources

  • Experience in a Learning, Talent Management or Human Resources role

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Experience with project management tools, data analysis software, and Microsoft Office Suite

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 


Summary pay range: $107,950 - $156,400
