Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Integrated Planning & Scheduling (IP&S) Senior Manager, F-15 to join our dynamic team in Berkeley, MO.

This position is responsible for the management and coordination of all IP&S activities across all programs within the F-15 portfolio

The selected candidates will be responsible for leading a team of IP&S analysts in developing and integrating key program plans such as the Integrated Master Plan (IMP), Master Phasing Plan and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), ensuring alignment of schedule milestones to the execution strategy and program rally points, and integrating all levels of program schedules with these higher-level plans.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Leading all Program Planning, Program Scheduling, Master Production Scheduling, Detailed Scheduling and Schedule Change activities to ensure the development of accurate, integrated, executable plans and schedules with supporting analysis and visibility to drive positive program performance
  • Leading the oversight of customer and subcontractor relationships including the integration of supplier schedules, and ensuring compliance with EVM criteria, IP&S processes, and contract reporting requirements
  • Manages employees and first-level managers that develop projects and program plans at all levels across functional areas and executes all project phases to achieve objectives within scope, time, quality, and constraints from initiation to post completion
  • Develops and executes integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals, objectives
  • Acquires resources for department activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
  • Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
  • Manages, develops and motivates employees

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • More than 5 years of experience with program scheduling
  • Experience leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
  • More than 5 years of experience in applying Earned Value Management (EVM) methodology and analysis
  • More than 5 years of experience in Open Plan Professional (OPP) and/or Microsoft Project (MS-Project) schedule applications

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience in leadership or management role
  • Experience in Project Management

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $133,450 – $180,550
