Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Mid-Level or Senior Quality Specialist/Quality Integrator to support the Air Dominance Quality Director and the Quality Management System for the BDS St. Louis Region.

The Mid-Level or Senior Quality Specialist/Quality Integrator will be in a highly visible position with direct interface with the Site Quality Director, lead internal auditors, and NQA in support of our AS9100 Quality Management System. A successful candidate will have extensive experience in Quality with strong communication and organizational skills.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Perform QMS Risk Assessments to deploy a risk-based QMS oversight strategy

  • Review and Coordinate Internal Audit Corrective Action for Approval

  • Coordinate Quality input for Air Dominance Business Process Reviews

  • Facilitate QMS Communications & Coordination of Quality Bulletins

  • Schedule and coordinate logistics for QMS Audits

  • Facilitate monthly CAPA Review to drive Corrective Action timeliness and escalation

  • Coordinate & Manage Monthly SIPOC Scorecard Inputs and Variances

  • Facilitate BDS St. Louis Quality Management Review

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience or knowledge of Quality Management Systems 

  • 3+ years of experience in quality systems and/or auditing

  • Experience with Project Management or Data Analytics

  • Experience collaborating with cross functional stakeholders

  • Experience in Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action

  • Knowledge of the quality system (e.g., Boeing Quality Management System (BQMS), International Organization for Standardization (ISO9001), and/or Aerospace Standard (AS9100)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • 3+ years of experience in Quality

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range:

Mid-Level: $80,750 – $109,250

Senior: $100,300 - $135,700
