Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Product and Services Quality Manager to support the Mobility, Surveillance, Bombers 777X team in Berkeley, MO!

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manage employees who evaluate and ensure that products, services and processes comply with customer contract requirements, engineering requirements, company procedures and government regulations

  • Partner with other functions to ensure processes used to manage, develop and improve
    areas are effective and integrated

  • Provide education and coaching on the Quality Management System

  • Acquire and manage resources and leads process improvements

  • Understand business objectives, strategies, and conditions affecting all areas of the
    program

  • Communicate and convey quality status and actions to improve

  • Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reports

  • Manage, develop and motivate employees

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience leading or managing diverse, cross-functional teams

  • 3+ years’ experience with Aerospace Standard AS9100

  • 3+ years of experience with Quality Assurance and Quality Inspection

  • 3+ years of experience in Aircraft Manufacturing Operations

  • 3+ years of experience documenting corrective actions and nonconformances

  • Experience with Boeing Problem Solving Model (BPSM)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field

  • QMS auditing experience

  • 5+ years of experience leading or managing cross functional teams

  • 3+ years of experience with selling off aircraft or aircraft assemblies

Summary pay range: $107,950 – $146,050
