The Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) Business Operations team is seeking a Senior Business Operations Specialist to join our Boeing Defense & Space (BDS) Program Test team in Berkeley, MO.

This role will be focused on functional maturity of the organization’s teams, processes, tools, and engagement. The ideal candidate must be a quick starter, open to new changes, comfortable and confident when interfacing with executives at various levels and be flexible to support various teams and requirements. You must also have the ability to work within a team and independently, as well as have effective time management and organization skills.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead and facilitate program management efforts for various initiatives across the business

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to bring diverse teams together and drive project success

  • Communicate effectively with executive-level leadership, providing clear updates and insights

  • Facilitate workshops and working sessions to keep teams engaged and on-task

  • Provides coaching and guidance to less experienced personnel

  • Coordinates the commitments with internal and external organizations for large scale complex plans to fulfill the broad level strategies established by executive leadership

  • Identifies risk and opportunity potential, develops mitigation planning and refines the business case. Presents plans to executive leadership to gain approval

  • Represents executive management to internal and external business interests in areas such as communicating business policy, strategy and direction

  • Assists in task management and provides expert business advice to enable a more efficient use of executive resources

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 8+ years of experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership 

  • 8+ years of experience developing and implementing process improvements

  • 5+ years of experience with using various data analytics tools such as PowerPoint and Excel for data analysis and presentations

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher

  • 5+ years of experience developing and integrating strategic projects, plans, and initiatives to meet business goals

  • 5+ years in a leadership role, leading projects or teams to successful completion

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range: $107,950 – $146,050
