The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) Manager to join the Digital Workplace Solutions team in Berkeley, MO; Kent, WA; North Charleston, SC; Seal Beach, CA; or Seattle, WA

As a Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) Manager, you will spearhead a global strategy to secure, modernize, and optimize over 230,000 endpoints, empowering our employees to work safely, securely, and efficiently from anywhere in the world. In this pivotal role, you will lead a large, multidisciplinary team of UEM specialists, ensuring that every decision we make reflects our shared commitment to excellence.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Standardize provisioning and configuration across all major platforms (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, rugged)

  • Create consistent, high-quality digital experiences that support product delivery and operational excellence

  • Lead a global team of UEM experts across architecture, engineering, administration, and program delivery

  • Define team strategy, assign ownership, and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation

  • Align team priorities to enterprise goals through Agile backlogs, Program Increments, and cross-functional delivery

  • Partner with enterprise security teams to integrate endpoint telemetry into the broader cybersecurity ecosystem

  • Ensure device security and compliance for employees handling sensitive or mission-critical systems

  • Consolidate legacy endpoint management systems and processes with a modern management device framework

  • Implement automation, scripting (PowerShell, Bash, REST APIs), and workflows to reduce manual work and improve scalability

  • Leverage data and analytics to continuously optimize endpoint health, compliance, and employee experience

  • Deliver endpoint management capabilities through Agile practices

  • Lead team through Program Increment planning and work with Product Owners to align UEM efforts with enterprise priorities

  • Use Agile ceremonies, metrics, and feedback loops to drive iteration, velocity, and delivery consistency

This position is hybrid. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience in supporting products in an Application Lifecycle Management environment, such as requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment and maintenance

  • 5+ years of experience with performing risk management to minimize potential risks

  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role leading global teams, initiatives, or projects to meet business objectives and influence change

  • 3+ years of experience with Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) at a global delivery scale

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience with Omnissa Workspace ONE UEM

  • Experience leading digital transformations on a global scale

  • Experience supporting highly secure, regulated manufacturing or aerospace environments

  • Experience in Windows Endpoint Management

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $123,250 – $178,250
