The Opportunity

The Change Coordinator will provide essential support to the Senior Change Lead within BDA's Operations Integration team. This position is ideal for individuals looking to develop their skills in change management and project coordination. The Change Coordinator will assist in the execution of change initiatives that align with BDA's business priorities, while facilitating communication and collaboration across various departments. As a Change Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow while contributing to meaningful projects that impact the organisation and the broader Boeing Enterprise. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with Change Initiatives:
    • Support the Senior Change Lead in planning, executing, and monitoring change initiatives across BDA.
    • Contribute to project plans, timelines, and documentation for ongoing change management activity.
  2. Facilitate Communication:
    • Act as a point of contact between the Operations Integration team and other departments to ensure clarity and alignment on change initiatives.
    • Assist in preparing and distributing communication materials related to change initiatives, including emails, employee news articles, presentations and briefs and training material.
  3. Coordinate Process Management:
    • Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.
    • Support the development and implementation of change control and change management processes to enhance organisational change resilience.
  4. Support Project Coordination:
    • Assist in coordinating special projects and initiatives as assigned, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and within scope.
    • Help track project progress and report on key metrics to the Senior Change Lead and other stakeholders.
  5. Data Collection and Reporting:
    • Collect and organise data related to change initiatives and operational performance.
    • Assist in preparing reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to the Operations Integration team and senior leadership.
  6. Participate in Continuous Improvement:
    • Engage in continuous improvement efforts by identifying best practices and lessons learned from change initiatives.
    • Support the implementation of feedback mechanisms to enhance future change management processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in project coordination, communications, or change management is preferred, but not required.
  • Certifications in change management or project management (e.g., Prosci, PMP) is a plus.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to assist in managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
