Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Procurement Analyst based out of Dallas, TX. The successful candidate will support procurement activities for aftermarket goods and services in a fast-paced environment while learning new skills, solving challenging problems, and experiencing opportunities to grow in the Supply Chain organization.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Leads supplier/subcontractor business relationships, in-service requirements and performance to contractual obligations and expectations. Manages and monitors supplier quality, delivery and financial performance.
  • Leads the development of mitigations plans to avoid risk and resolve issues impacting customers and programs.
  • Develops and implements supplier base plans to support customer, program and commodity strategies.
  • Analyzes supplier and business processes and procedures to identify improvement opportunities and incorporate into contracting strategies. Acts as primary point of contact for suppliers, customers and programs.
  • Measures key performance indicators.
  • Extracts and analyzes data from multiple sources.
  • Prepares reports.
  • Reviews procurement/planning systems.
  • Reviews schedules, creates plans and/or policies for execution of procurement activities.
  • Coordinates schedule changes with procurement for contractual changes to purchase orders and supplier incorporation.
  • Documents and participates in the implementation of lean improvements.
  • project objectives and activities

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.  

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years of experience working in Supply Chain
  • 1+ years of experience in working with cross-functional teams.
  • 1+ years of experience managing subcontracted efforts and supplier performance throughout the life-cycle.
  • 1 + years of experience working with customer and supplier requirements to support program deliveries (e.g., planned versus unplanned demand, economic order quantity, resource planning, material type, manufacture or purchase, lead times)
  • 1+ years working with suppliers.
  • 1+ years of experience in leading complex opportunity capture and problem solving

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelors degree or higher
  • 1+ year of experience sourcing objectives including supply base optimization, enterprise leveraging, supplier performance improvement and business considerations to develop the company’s supplier base
  • 1+ years of experience building and using industry knowledge for planning and performance accomplishment. This includes knowledgeof competition and strategic partners.

Typical Education/Experience:
Typically 3 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Relocation:

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only.  Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range: $56,000 - $80,000
