Boeing Global Services (BGS) Supply Chain Human Resources (HR) organization is currently seeking a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) to join their team in Dallas, TX! Our team is open to a broad range of experience levels including Associate and Experienced HRGs to find the best fit for this position.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, inclusive HR team at Boeing. By partnering with senior executives, managers, and employees, you will have a critical role in driving business value, a best-in-class employee experience and effective delivery of HR programs, services and support. This individual will play a critical role in managing a variety of Employee Relations and other HR related tasks.

By partnering with managers and employees, you will have a critical role in driving business value, a best-in-class employee experience, and effective delivery of HR programs, services, and support in the following key areas: 

  • Employee engagement

  • Career and employee development

  • Employee performance

  • Leadership coaching and development

  • Integration and partnership across Operations, broader HR team, and HR Centers of Excellence, including Ethics, Labor Relations, Total Rewards, and Legal

This position will be primarily on site at our DFW distribution warehouse location interfacing with employees and managers in person and virtually.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Provide a visible HR presence where our employees work to enable real-time engagement and solutions

  • Deploy and administer HR programs, policies, practices, and processes and serve as subject matter expert (e.g., performance support, employee movement, leadership coaching, etc.)

  • Develop innovative solutions to complex problems and implement integrated HR initiatives that align with and advance organizational objectives

  • Provide consultation and coaching to employees at all levels (management to non-management) on HR practices and processes by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment

  • Promote open communication and guide discussions to collaboratively resolve workplace issues in a positive and fair manner

  • Partner with production leaders to align HR strategies with operational goals and address workforce challenges

  • Work closely with HR COEs to provide input for the design of HR programs in specific areas (e.g., labor relations, talent, compensation, training), and to support the delivery of programs

  • Support the continuing transformation of HR via HR process implementation and continuous technological improvements in Workday

  • Resolve or refer HR Service Center employee issues  

Working Conditions:

  • This role requires a consistent presence on the warehouse floor, with the ability to walk and stand for extended periods

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with exposure to loud noises, machinery, and warehouse operations

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices, and processes

  • 1+ year of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and linking relevant HR strategies to business outcomes

  • 1+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects that promote a culture of superior customer service and exceptional employee engagement

  • 1+ years of experience partnering and strategizing HR initiatives with senior leaders

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Higher

  • Human Resources certification (SHRM and/or PHR Certification)

  • 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 1+ years of experience working with employees as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

  • Experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders

  • Collaboration across organizational boundaries to deliver an integrated final product

  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; high-impact communication style

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range for Associate (Level 2): $69,700 - $94,300
Summary pay range for Experienced (Level 3): $87,550 - $118,450
