Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking an Associate or Mid-Level Change Management Product Data Specialist to support our Change Management Team based in Everett, WA. This position will require someone that thrives in a very dynamic/fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the change management processes and ensuring the integrity and consistency of product data throughout its lifecycle.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the evaluation of proposed changes to processes and products, assessing their impact on existing systems and workflows. Develop change management plans that outline the steps needed to implement changes effectively.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including project managers, product teams, and other departments, to ensure alignment and support for changes. Facilitate communication and gather feedback throughout the change process.
  • Maintain and update documentation related to processes and product lifecycle data. Ensure that documentation is up to date.
  • Develop and deliver training and/or user guides for employees affected by changes to procedure.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure that risks are communicated to relevant stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and suggestions for process enhancements. Regularly review processes and lifecycle data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay informed about best practices in change management and product lifecycle management.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management and stakeholders that summarize initiatives, outcomes, and recommendations for future changes.
  • Evaluation of business processes, documenting necessary improvements for modernization.
  • Assessment of business systems logic, collaborating with IT/vendors on integrations and potential changes for the next PLM system modernization.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience with tools such as Azure ADO, Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with DCAC/MRM, CATIA, ENOVIA is a plus.
  • Experience in the aerospace or manufacturing industry.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range Associate: $68,000 - $92,000

Summary pay range Mid-Level: $85,000 - $115,000
