Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Procurement Agents to join our BCA Supply Chain Contracts & Sourcing - Interiors team in Everett, WA.

The selected candidate will be working in a very dynamic, fast-paced environment while learning new skills, solving challenging problems, and experiencing opportunities to grow in the SC organization. This position is supplier facing and will be responsible for managing the relationship with external suppliers and project managing all aspects of their performance.

Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including; Associate and Mid-Level Procurement Agents.

The selected individual will provide contracting knowledge including, but not limited to, negotiating and executing all aspects of BCA Supply Chain Contracts in support of production programs.

Primary duties include managing relationships with external companies and internal stakeholders, and negotiating cost recoveries, engineering changes, and contract extensions. This individual will be the primary contact with the supplier(s) and will maintain contracts and statement of work within approved BCA Supply Chain policies and procedures. 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Performs continuous review and analysis of demand and supply.
  • Prepares and executes proprietary information agreements.
  • Supports sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements.
  • Communicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

  • 1+ years of experience in supply chain processes
  • 1+ years of experience negotiations, proposals or contract evaluations
  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Must be onsite 100%

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher OR equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts
  • 3+ years of experience creating and developing strategy plans
  • 3+ years of experience developing proposals or contracts
  • 3+ years of experience working in Procurement and/or Contract Administration roles

Typical Education & Experience:

Associate (Level 2):

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience , 7 years' related work experience, etc.). 

Mid-Level (Level 3):

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Summary pay range (Associate: Level 2): $ 68,500 - $ 87,400   

Summary pay range (Mid-Level: Level 3): $ 79,900 - $108,100
