The Boeing Company’s Certification training team is seeking a Senior Employee Development Specialist to join their team in Everett, WA.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects designed to produce educational deliverables

  • Perform ongoing monitoring of stakeholders operating environment and key business measures and objectives

  • Coach and develop less experienced instructors

  • Conduct Train-the-Trainer Sessions to qualify additional instructors

  • Deploy development tools and monitors implementation and performance outcomes

  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide training consultation services in the following discipline: electrical

  • Identify and validate training by observing, measuring, testing, reviewing, and analyzing training to ensure that learning objectives are met effectively

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and service providers (e.g., curriculum developers, instructional systems designers, engineers, programmers, strategic learning advisors, etc.) to develop creative training enhancements, guided skills practices, job aids, capstone projects and activities to assist learners during and after training

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing operations and/or manufacturing support

  • Experience in coaching, instructing or as an employee development specialist

  • Experience working with detailed work instructions or reading and interpreting blueprints and drawings

Preferred Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

  • Experience designing and employing leadership development courseware and/or curriculum

  • Aerospace Manufacturing and Lean Certification(s)

  • Experience with Electrical, Functional Test, Systems, etc.

  • Experience as an electrician working in electrical, systems, functional test

  • Experience in the following areas: Bond and ground, fiber optic, electrical QA inspections, splices, terminations, Needs Assessment and Job Analysis

Summary pay range: $96,900- $131,100
