The Boeing company is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Lead Travel Expense Systems Integration Specialist to join our team in either Renton WA or Hazelwood, MO. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in travel expense accounting systems integration, particularly with Special Programs Access (SAP) Concur and travel credit card systems. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent project and process management skills, and the capability to foster relationships with key suppliers.

Position Responsibilities:

Systems Integration:

  • Integrates travel expense accounting systems, ensuring seamless functionality and data flow

  • Manages the integration of Concur and travel credit card systems, optimizing processes for efficiency

System Analysis and Documentation:

  • Conducts thorough system analysis and creates comprehensive requirements documentation

  • Develops and creates necessary change requests, including business cases and risk assessments

IT Support:

  • Collaborates with IT teams to support the development and design of travel expense systems

  • Provides technical insights and recommendations to enhance system performance

User Acceptance Testing:

  • Creates and executes User Acceptance Test (UAT) plans and scripts to validate system functionality

  • Ensures that all testing aligns with business requirements and user expectations

Project Deployment:

  • Supports the deployment of project deliverables, ensuring timely and successful implementation

  • Manages exports into SAP Concur from internal HR and accounting systems, facilitating smooth transitions

Ecosystem Management:

  • Oversees the travel expense system ecosystem, including domestic and international realignments and new deployments

  • Ensures compliance with organizational policies and procedures throughout the integration process

Customer Support:

  • Provides technical support and issue resolution for end-users, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

  • Fosters relationships with key suppliers, including Citibank and Concur, to enhance service delivery

The preference is for the selected candidate to be located near Renton WA or Hazelwood, MO for a minimum of 10% travel.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience performing system integration work

  • 3+ years of experience with process management

  • Strong analytic skills - must be detail oriented

  • Experience in project management

  • Experience performing quantitative and qualitative analyses, problem-solving, and making independent decisions

  • Experience in a role that required strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience in travel expense accounting systems integration or a similar role

  • Technical analytical skills to assess and improve system performance and processes

  • Familiarity with SAP Concur and travel credit card systems is highly desirable

  • Experience creating and delivering presentations

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $102,850 - $148,350
