The Boeing Company is looking for Senior Financial Analyst to join their team in Hazelwood, Missouri (Saint Louis area). This position is for a Senior Financial Analyst for the St. Louis Phantom Works (PW) Finance Team primarily supporting a proprietary development contract.

Responsibilities will include general analysis and associated risk/opportunities, reconciliation of data from multiple sources and general support of financial and/or resource forecasts.

A successful candidate will possess the ability to learn and demonstrate Financial Controls processes, policies and procedures. Additionally, the candidate will have demonstrated organizational, people and leadership skills, analytical and problem solving skills as well as excellent communication skills.  The candidate must be proactive and able to work under the requirements of meeting multiple deadlines, possess a positive work attitude, have a partner and customer oriented mindset and work well in a team environment. 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead the quarterly Estimate at Complete (EAC) process

  • Preparation of contractual cost reporting deliverables

  • Review program execution data to identify trends and discrepancies in financial performance

  • Maintenance and improvement of financial reporting tools and dashboards in a proprietary environment

  • Compliance with internal controls and financial policies

  • Conducting independent data extraction and compilation of routine performance reports, and initiating correction of data discrepancies, and supporting management with timely and reliable financial information

  • Supports Program Management, Program Finance and respective Control Account Managers with timely and reliable financial information

  • Making recommendations to senior management on financial performance projections using financial and business knowledge and experience

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • 3+ years of experience in finance-related position such as Financial Operations, Cost Management, Estimating, Financial Planning, Contracts, or Procurement Financial Analysis

  • 3+ years of experience with the Microsoft Excel application using: formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Active U.S. Secret Clearance

  • Experience communicating with internal and external customers

  • Experience with CSPR (Cost, Schedule, Planning, and Reporting), EAS (Enterprise Accounting System), IRE (Interactive Reporting Environment)

Summary pay range: $99,450 - $134,550
