The Boeing Global Services (BGS) Supply Chain Enable team is seeking a highly motivated, creative problem-solving Systems Integration Specialist to join the Demand & Supply Planning SPM/PDL Sustainment team. 

The candidate will be part of a tools & process team to support deployment and sustainment of the demand forecasting & inventory planning software tool, Service Parts Management / Planning Data Layer (SPM/PDL) and the OnePDL data middleware application. This role will work daily with supply chain subject matter experts in demand forecasting and asset management, as well as data scientists and IT support focals.  This position will act as a functional analyst and architect to translate aftermarket spare parts needs into operational inventory data models and data integrations.  Success is measured via functioning software and useful inventory planning outcomes for business users.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at any of the listed locatiosn.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop inventory modeling solutions that satisfy service contract performance targets

  • Functionally assess and resolve user tickets for SPM/PDL software bugs, enhancements, and integrations to source data systems such as SAP and GOLD.

  • Sustain & monitor previously deployed service contract models in SPM and OnePDL

  • Perform data analysis to develop root cause / corrective action for data flow solutions

  • Build relationships with key supply chain and IT contacts 

  • Document processes, configurations and data maps

  • Gather business information requirements and coordinate change activities

  • Act as intermediary between business users / programs using SPM/PDL and IT

  • Test software code against acceptance criteria

  • Support project management tasks related to system integration activities

  • Operate in a Scaled Agile Framework scrum team working environment

  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Engage with remote teammates in daily calls run by product owners / scrum masters

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher

  • 1+ years of experience working in a cross-functional team-based environment.

  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Excel, and Word

  • 1+ years of experience working with database querying tools (SQL, Python, Toad)

  • 3+ years of supply chain experience in asset management, demand forecasting, repair management, or spares engineering

  • Strong communication, problem solving, and data analytic skills

Preferred Qualifications/Desired Skills (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience working in a cross-functional team-based environment.

  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Excel, and Word

  • 3+ years of experience working with database querying tools (SQL, Python, Toad)

  • 5+ years of supply chain experience in asset management, demand forecasting, repair management, or spares engineering

  • Previous experience working in development projects for supply chain systems / tools

  • Understanding / Experience with a Scaled Agile Framework concept of operations

  • Attention to detail, data science, computer science, data analytics, data presentation

  • Inclination to learn and understand supply chain systems & process development

Associate Level Summary Pay Range:$70,550 - $95,450

Mid-Level Summary Pay Range:$87,550 - $118,450
