Boeing Global Services  is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Analyst in Huntington Beach, CA.

In this role you will evaluate customer request for part fabrication. This evaluation would consist of engineering drawing & specification review for manufacturing capability. If we have the capability to fabricate you will determine the estimated completion (based on material, details and current capacity ) and forward that back to the requester.  Your role would include monitoring progress of orders, and mitigate any issues that may hinder delivery of parts to committed completions. 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes and interprets engineering drawings & specifications, for part fabrication
  • Conducts assessments of manufacturing processes, creating manufacturing bill of materials and schedules to formulate lead times.
  • Provides feedback on results. Works with organizations to develop plans and to accomplish goals in meeting customer commitment
  • Works at the appropriate level in the organization to mitigate issues (held for conditions) and implement work recover schedule.

This position is onsite.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3 or more years of experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications as they apply to fabrication.
  • 3 or moreyears of aerospace related experience in metallic part fabrication, assembly working with Engineering drawings, processes and procedures,
  • 3 or more years of experience managing Manufacturing tasks such as bill of material development, Planning, Scheduling, tooling coordination and work instruction development

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience with Boeing engineering drawings and specifications preferred

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary Pay Range:

Associate: 66,300 – 89,700

Mid-level: 85,000 – 115,000

Experience: 100,300- 135,700
