The Boeing Company is looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Information Technology Access Administrator to join the team in Kent, WA; North Charleston, SC; Everett, WA; Seal Beach, CA; Hazelwood, MO; or Berkeley, MO.

The Information Technology (IT) Access Administrator will own the end-to-end Access Management process within multiple Boeing Platforms and ensure overall quality of the entire Access management module which includes Application access management knowledge for Boeing employees or non-Boeing employees. The individual in this role will act as the steward of all IT knowledge standards and processes and acts as liaison between the End user and Access Management Team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of agile methodology, IT Service Management and IT Product Management and have experience working within a large-scale IT security management framework

Leads activities to create, maintain, revise and troubleshoot computing accounts and access. Develops, tests, implements and supports computing access management tools. Supports computing security audits by evaluating reports and providing recommendations. Analyzes metrics on activities related to account management. Oversees the development and delivery of training on security and access requirements to support deployment of new applications. Leads activities to document and maintain procedures for access administration and audit processes.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoots windows accounts

  • Automates the manual provisioning process

  • Scripts PowerShell for active directory

  • Works with SOX Control Performer

  • Directs activities to define, deploy, evaluate, educate, and support IT knowledge process workflow analysis

  • Maintains IT Access management process governance

  • Identifies qualitative and quantitative Key Performance Indicator measures for continuous improvement

  • Hosts IT Access management community of practice to maintain stakeholder engagement and communications

  • Leads complex risk and opportunity evaluations to determine business value rationale

  • Leads activities to define strategic and tactical implementation plans

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience with Windows System Administration

  • 3+ years of experience in SOX or other internal controls in the industry

  • 1+ years of experience in Powershell

  • 1+ years of experience with test automation and scripting experience

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelors degree or higher or equivalent education and experience

  • Experience in access management provisioning

  • Experience with problem solving

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $96,050 – $139,150
