Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Integrated Planning & Scheduling Specialist to join our team in Mesa, AZ.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at the listed location.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains, an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements.

  • Produces metrics for plans and schedules for moderately complex projects, programs, and change activities across the lifecycle of a program.

  • Performs studies/analysis and planning efforts, within and/or across programs/projects, organizations or business units to determine impacts, constraints, and plans involving product development, production rates, production development activities, process improvement, or program initiatives.

  • Develops the Integrated Master Plan, schedule and supports change incorporation plans related to integrated scheduling products.

  • Performs integration of program plans and schedules, horizontally and vertically, across company functional, product groups, suppliers and partners of moderate complexity.

  • Identifies, analyzes and reports performance variances to management.

  • Works with customers to develop performance recovery plans and incorporates recovery plans where appropriate.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years of experience in Integrated Planning & Scheduling or Program Management

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Good communication skills

  • Strong problem solving abilities

  • Knowledge of scheduling basics and/or Program Management

  • 3+ years of experience in Integrated Planning & Scheduling or Program Management

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as

market and business considerations.

Level 2 Summary Pay Range: $68,850 - $93,150

Level 3 Summary Pay Range: $87,550 - $118,450

Level 4 Summary Pay Range: $107,950 - $146,050
