The Boeing Company is currently seeking an Experienced Data Administration Coordinator to join the team in Mesa, AZ.

The candidate selected for this position will support the contracts organization by compiling, analyzing, and reviewing contract data as well as perform entry of contract data into Boeing’s Contracts database, the Common Contracts System (CCS). Specific contractual data for entry into the CCS may include requests for proposals, contracts, orders, contract modifications and contract performance data. The successful candidate will enter data into CCS using existing processes and procedures. All data will be entered in a timely, accurate, and complete manner. It is essential that data is kept current and the successful candidate identify and resolve discrepancies in support of maintaining data integrity.

Other tasks to be performed by the successful candidate will include preparing Cognos reports generated from CCS data, coordinating contract information directly with Contract Representatives (CRs), troubleshooting CCS data issues, performing checks on incoming data for completeness, identifying problems with contract information, and maintaining CCS data integrity. This position will provide an opportunity to develop and demonstrate contracts acumen through review and entry of contractual data into the CCS. Successful candidates will play a key role in achieving the CCS data integrity objective for Boeing’s Defense businesses.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Enters proposal and contractual data into the Boeing Common Contracts System

  • Performs ad hoc queries for internal customers

  • Collects and analyzes contract and financial data

  • Monitors data integrity and performs risk assessments

  • Identifies and resolves discrepancies between data sources

  • Distributes data and coordinates between internal organizations

  • Trains team members on the collection and distribution of information and data

  • Prepares and updates forecasts, schedules, history, charts and performance reports

This position is hybrid. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite in Mesa, AZ. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • High School Diploma/General Educational Development (GED)

  • Experience in data entry

  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Experience influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and partnerships across functions

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Ability to refer to practices and procedures for guidance

  • Ability to develop solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity

  • Experience prioritizing daily tasks independently

  • Experience developing and executing plans and schedules

  • Experience using analytical, collaboration, communication and organizational skills
    Demonstrate history of performing with detail/data accuracy and high product quality

  • Requires little to no instruction for routine work and general instructions for complex work or special assignments; supervision is limited

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $48,450 – $65,550
