The Boeing Company is seeking an Experienced Data Governance Specialist to enhance data quality and governance across our complex benefit plans in Mesa, AZ. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to ensure accurate data transmission and provide analytical support to both internal teams and external vendors.

This role is integral to supporting our Retirement (401(k)/Pension), Compensation, and Equity benefit programs within the Global Financial Well-Being organization.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead quality initiatives and monitor integration files, address data discrepancies and oversee corrections and reconciliations.
  • Provide data resolution support to outsourced retirement administration vendors (recordkeepers, paying agents, etc.) and internal stakeholders on complex projects and change orders.
  • Generate and analyze reports for Retirement 401(k), Compensation, and Equity teams.
  • Conduct proactive analysis to identify quality issues and recommend effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate responses to data requests and compliance issues.
  • Adapt to flexible working hours to meet customer needs as required.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience with Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and complex formula creation
  • 3+ years of experience with report writing using Workday, Cognos and Oracle Peoplesoft
  • 3+ years of experience in data management for retirement, equity, and benefits programs, with experience managing HSPII data
  • 3+ years of experience with retirement plan administrative support, including vendor interaction and error remediation

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years of experience with the Workday HR Management System
  • 1+ years of experience with the Oracle/Peoplesoft HR Management System
  • Retirement Administration certifications: ASPPA and/or CEBS

Pay & Benefits:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range: $81,600 - $110,400
