The Boeing Company is currently seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Senior Regional Culture and Engagement Specialist to join our globally dispersed culture and engagement team in Mesa, AZ.

This role will focus on the tactical execution and regional implementation of culture and engagement initiatives within your assigned geographic region. Working closely with the Regional Culture & Engagement Team Lead, you will be responsible for adapting enterprise-wide programs to meet local cultural nuances, building relationships with regional stakeholders, and ensuring consistent delivery of employee experience initiatives that align with organizational values and behaviors.


Position Responsibilities:

  • Execute culture and engagement initiatives in the assigned region, aligning with global strategy while adapting to local contexts

  • Partner with HR and site leaders to design localized strategies that reinforce values, enhance employee engagement, and foster a positive workplace culture

  • Support the rollout of new culture initiatives and provide local insights to inform global strategy

  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding of culture programs across regional locations

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with regional Human Resources (HR) partners, office managers, and local leadership teams

  • Provide local teams with resources, guidance, and tools for culture transformation

  • Conduct focus groups and site assessments to identify opportunities and deliver culture interventions while coaching leaders

  • Serve as the regional point of contact for culture and engagement inquiries and initiatives

  • Collaborate with local business resource groups and culture community leaders to enhance program effectiveness

  • Support regional managers in implementing culture initiatives within their teams

  • Facilitate communication between regional stakeholders and the global culture team

  • Collect and analyze regional engagement data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

  • Prepare regional reports and insights for local HR and site leaders

  • Monitor participation rates and engagement metrics for culture initiatives

  • Conduct focus groups and feedback sessions to gather qualitative insights from employees

  • Track regional Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and provide updates on program effectiveness and employee sentiment

  • Manage regional aspects of global culture projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality execution

  • Support planning and execution of regional components of enterprise-wide initiatives

  • Collaborate with other Regional Culture & Engagement Specialists to share best practices

  • Adapt enterprise-wide initiatives to reflect regional cultural norms and practices

  • Provide insights on regional employee preferences to inform global program design

  • Ensure culture initiatives are inclusive and resonate with regional populations

  • Identify opportunities to enhance enterprise-wide programs based on regional feedback

  • Support localization of communications and program content

  • Propose innovative approaches to enhance employee experience in the region

  • Share regional best practices with the enterprise culture and engagement team

  • Stay current on regional employment trends and engagement best practices

  • Support pilot programs and testing of new culture initiatives within the region

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience in employee engagement, HR, internal communications, or related field

  • 5+ years of experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives

  • 1+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field

  • Experience working in the assigned geographic region with understanding of local business culture and practices

  • Experience with culture initiatives, employee programs, or community building

  • Experience with HR systems and employee data management

  • Experience with survey platforms and employee engagement tools

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $94,350 - $127,650
