Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for First-Line Product and Service Quality Managers (Level K) to support the Final Assembly team in Renton, Washington on 1st and 2nd shifts.

This manager will be supporting a team of 15 to 25 quality inspectors in various position in the Factory. This manager will report to a senior quality manager in support of onsite activities.

The 737 team is looking for an energetic and proactive leader to support the 737 production line. This role requires a critical thinker with strong business acumen, a passion for coaching, and a desire to drive cultural change within the organization. Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead, develop and motivate employees who evaluate and ensure that products, services, and processes comply with customer contract requirements, engineering requirements, company procedures, and government regulations

  • Provide education, coaching, and review of Quality Management System

  • Develop and maintain relationships, partnerships, and communication with customers, collaborators, peers, partners, suppliers, and team

  • Develop and implement business plans, policies, and procedures and develop organizational and technical strategies to improve performance

  • Acquire and manage resources and leads process improvements

  • Make airworthiness determinations on behalf of the company and regulatory agencies

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and /or informal role

  • 3+ years of experience in aircraft assembly

  • 3+ years working with managing product definition data requirements, processes, or product data

  • 3+ years of experience with root cause corrective analysis

  • 3+ years of experience with Quality Management System (QMS)

  • 3+ years of experience performing Material Review Board (MRB) product review

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience working on the 737 Program

  • 3+ years of experience in a factory environment

  • 3+ years of experience working with quality and/or manufacturing data systems

  • 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)

  • Willing to work a 2nd Shift

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range:$118,800 - $ 145,200
