Boeing Saudi Arabia is seeking Project Specialist  Intern to join the Boeing Saudi Arabia Program Management Team located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, candidates will report to BSA program manger and support the Program management effort.

  • Support program scheduling to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management standards.
  • Support communications with customer counterparts and internal stakeholders.
  • Support Programs logistics, import and export efforts.
  • Support projects tasks that meet the accepted project management.
  • Collects programs data from program managers, program leads and engineers for weekly and monthly reporting.
  • Support Implementing best practices that support project decision makers.
  • Act as focal for Programs, Projects or functions as required.
  • Support reviews of proposals, contracts, regulatory, program and customer requirements.
  • Assists with maintenance of Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics.
  • Support multiple programs Tasks and/or locations as required.
  • Assist with planning and business requirements as needed.
  • Assist Functions tasks as needed.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to collect, review, and organize documentation such as Contracts, technical specifications, vendor quotes, and contractual agreements.
  • Ensure all documents comply with company standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Participate in daily and weekly meetings, and preparation.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, materials, and minutes in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the creation of programs presentations, reports, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • preferred a bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • No previous work experience is required.
  • Hands-on experience working with Microsoft Windows-based systems is a plus.
  • Basic project management experience is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Excellent English reading, writing, and communication skills.
  • Good communication skills in proposal preparation, presentation, clarification, and report writing for all levels.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Professional applications (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Relocation: This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

This requisition is for a position based in Saudi Arabia. Candidates must have current legal authorization to work immediately in Saudi Arabia. Boeing will not attempt to obtain Immigration and labor sponsorship for any applicants. Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S. based payroll.
