The Boeing Company is hiring for Associate and Experienced Financial Analysts in San Antonio, Texas.

The selected Financial Analysts will play a crucial role in the C-17 program team, supporting the maintenance and ongoing development of 275 airplanes across the United States Air Force fleet and 8 foreign partner countries!

Position Responsibilities:

  • Analyze resource forecasts and Estimates at Completion (EACs) to support financial assessments, including robust opportunity and risk development

  • Gather and reconcile data from various sources to provide support for resource forecasts and EACs related to control accounts, budgets, and contracts

  • Create, review, and submit monthly financial reports, like the Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR), to our external customers

  • Develop and maintain performance measurement baselines for cost and schedule, including earned value and variance analyses

  • Define and communicate cost trends and project cost performance for program management attention and action

  • Ensure compliance and champions internal controls and procedures

  • Analyze data and quantify cost risk and opportunities

  • Collaborate with teams across Integrated Planning & Scheduling (IP&S), Financial Analysis, Control Account Managers (CAMs), Program Management, Contracts, Estimating, and Supply Chain

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required.  “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. 

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher

  • 1+ years of experience in a business related function (including but not limited to: finance, contracts, estimating, procurement financial analysis, business operations, supplier management, marketing & sales)

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent

  • 3+ years in analytics, project leadership, and cost management (EACs, forecasting, resource planning, EVM)

  • Skilled in preparing and leading Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) and reports (IPMR, CPR, CFSR)

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in virtual and in-person settings

  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, and SQL

  • Experience with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and the Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS)

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Level 2 Summary pay range: $64,600 - $87,400

Level 3 Summary pay range: $79,050 - $106,950
