Boeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) is looking for an Associate Supply Chain Management Analyst (Production Control) to join our Executive Fleet team in San Antonio, TX.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with production planning and operations teams to ensure material supply aligns with production schedules and delivery targets
  • Identify supply chain risks, including supplier capacity issues and material shortages; develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions
  • Drive cost reduction and operational efficiency projects through supplier negotiations, process optimization, and lean principles ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)/MRP(Material Requirements Planning) System Utilization
  • Manage supply chain processes using ERP and MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle); support system enhancements and data accuracy initiatives
  • Partner with procurement, production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations and resolve issues proactively
  • Analyzes complex material requirements and verifies/incorporates bills of material into production plans
  • Ensure on-time delivery

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years of experience with industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) or an equivalent such as SAP (System Applications and Product)
  • 1+ years of experience with GOLD
  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access and Word
  • 1+ years of experience in Supply Chain and/or Materials Management
  • Ability to work variable shifts (i.e. scheduled and unscheduled overtime; weekends and holidays) to support mission requirements and workload

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years of experience in Aerospace or manufacturing industry

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary Starting Pay Range: $62,050 - $73,000

Security Clearance

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Top Secret Clearance Post-Start is required. This position requires ability to obtain program access, for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship only.
