The Boeing Global Services San Antonio site is seeking a dedicated and Experienced Culture and Integration Project Management Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of site initiatives, events and activities aimed at driving business success, enhancing employee engagement, morale, and satisfaction within the organization. You will work closely with various stakeholders to implement strategies that promote inclusivity, collaboration, and a unified company culture. You will also collaborate with key stakeholders to create memorable and impactful experiences that align with the company's culture and values.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate across business and support functions to strategize and champion delivery of San Antonio site culture, engagement and integration activities. 

  • Influence culture and engagement practices to support leaders and employees across the site and develop a deeper understanding of our ever-changing business landscape at a site level. 

  • Integrate across key partner functions, and all shifts,  for well-coordinated delivery and influence across the San Antonio site

  • Define engagement activities to appropriate audiences, keeping the audience at the center of these activities.

  • Leads and plans activities across the San Antonio site, including the development and integration of programs, to enhance employee engagement.

  • Champion and coordinate special events for employees, across the site.

  • Supports preparation, development, coordination, scheduling, and change management activities of maintaining an integrated plan to meet project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards.

  • Participates in maintaining, analyzing and producing metrics related to plans. Assists more experienced personnel with risk assessments, developing mitigation plan and refining the business case.

  • Develops, collects, organizes and provides data, updates task, to maintain status of programs, schedule, customer and supplier commitments and compliance. Coordinates document work statements and resulting schedules. Identifies and provide reports on performance variances, project status, change information to project team.

  • Communicates plan changes and recovery plans to ensure commitment to stakeholders.

  • Innovate and collaborate to ensure activities bring the best thinking and builds on the best successes from across the enterprise.

  • Sets success metrics and measures impact actions.

  • Partners closely with internal functional stakeholders including HR, Communications, IT, Boeing Global Engagement and Government Operations.

  • Collaborate with HR, leadership, and other stakeholders to plan and execute initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

  • Project manage cultural assessments and surveys to gauge employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

  • Organize culture and engagement initiatives and events.

  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on cultural matters.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of cultural integration initiatives.

  • Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure alignment with cultural integration goals.

  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices related to organizational culture, diversity, and inclusion.

  • Develop comprehensive event plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and logistics.

  • Ensure seamless execution of events, including venue selection, catering, entertainment, and transportation arrangements.

  • Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success and identify areas for improvement.

  • Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to secure services and negotiate contracts that meet budget and quality standards.

  • Communicate effectively with senior management to provide updates, gather feedback, and align event strategies with organizational goals.

  • Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective planning and allocation of resources.

  • Track expenses, reconcile invoices, and maintain accurate financial records related to events.

  • Source and manage event materials, supplies, and equipment necessary for successful execution.

  • Create promotional materials and communication strategies to generate excitement and participation among employees for upcoming events.

  • Utilize internal communication channels, such as newsletters, intranet, and email updates, to disseminate event details and encourage engagement.

  • Ensure events comply with company policies, legal guidelines, and safety standards.

  • Implement risk management strategies and contingency plans to address potential issues or emergencies during events.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start isrequired.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience in project or program management

  • 3+ years of experience with managing projects that promote a culture of superior customer service and exceptional employee engagement

  • 1+ years experience leading teams and/or leading initiatives

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher

  • Excellent facilitation skills.

  • Experience integrating with shop floor personnel or shop floor support

  • Strong background and experience in Project Management is a plus.

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and continuous improvement.

  • Ability to work collaboratively to build sustainable relationships.

  • Previous experience in planning and delivering projects.

  • Ability to analyze problems from multiple perspectives will be critical to the success of the selected candidate.

  • The capacity and desire to partner closely with teammates across the site and all shifts is critical

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range: $87,550 – $118,450
